NEWS : Truck and Trailer Weights
Changes for 2012 - British Columbia
NOTICE : CHANGES Postponed until 2012.

Truck and Trailer weight changes can be found in the notes at the bottom of Appendix F of the Commercial Transport Regulations.
Table VI (above link) "Sum of Full Trailer Weights" sets out the maximum weights for various configurations.
 
For a number of boxes in the table, there is a "++", with a footnote that reads:
"After December 31, 2010, the max allowable weight will be reduced from 34,000 kg to 31,000 kg."
  • The maximum trailer weights for Quad-Axle Full Trailers will be reduced from 34,000 kg to 31,000 kg, after December 31, 2010.
  • The Maximum Combined Gross Vehicle Weight for Tandem Drive Quad-Axle Full Trailers will be reduced from 60,100 kg to 57,100 kg, after December 31, 2010.
